Motherwort is helpful for deep calming. It is an unconditionally loving embrace - very strong, sturdy, stable, almost fierce in its support while it melts and relaxes our resistance to life's hardships.
Mimosa, called "the happiness tree" in China, supports a healthy stress response and healthy mood. The action is described as uplifting, or even euphoric. The pink blossoms of this tree are so wildly beautiful and playful - like little pink pom-poms, and smell very sweet!
Rose is helpful for uplifting the mood - specifically used for held-in our pent-up emotion. Easing sorrow, it actually allows us to feel into the emotions to open the heart in vulnerability. Rose is gentle, loving and supportive - it helps us work through the lessons we are faced with.
HOW TO USE: Take one-two droppers full in a glass of water two or more times per day, or as needed.
