PORTAL DENIM:
Each pair of vintage denim is slowly made by hand using upcycled silks, linens, and/or cotton fabric from garments that would otherwise end up in landfill. We have carefully designed every pair with one-of-a-kind adorned talisman icons to channel a higher vibration through your everyday denim.
Our passion for unearthing and bringing new energy into dormant textiles organically came together as we both were in search of sharing something bigger than ourselves with the world; to inspire ourselves and create an offering to shift others into full embodiment of their powers. Lindsey's skills and love for scraps, natural dying, and reworking paired perfectly with my love of vintage denim -- We rummaged through my collection of stained & damaged garments to revive forgotten textiles and have them serve as beautiful appliques on timeless jeans.
Considering these garments are made using vintage textiles, there may be variances in wear, wash, and condition which add unique character to this one-of-a-kind piece.
